The refurbishment and alteration of two buildings to combine them to form two new food and drink units for predetermined tenants. Works included the renovation of a Grade II listed brickwork facade, Reroofing, timber dryrot and damp proofing works, the forming of new Hoist shafts and a new seperating Party Wall between the units plus numerous large openings through structural walls. The works were to Shell Finish only,
