Complete refurbishment, side and rear extensions to basement & ground, and side extensions to first, second and third floors, loft conversion for family home in North Oxford for private client. We undertook scheme and detailed design through planning and building regulations (up to and including Work Stage 4) with the client taking the project forward to tender and construction.
