A complete renewal of a dilapidated property in high profile location in Oxfordshire. The efficient layout and new palette of materials was met with support from the planning department. We undertook scheme and detailed design through planning and building regulations (up to and including Work Stage 4) with the client taking the project forward to tender and construction.
