We worked closely with the developer client to reach the design of this contemporary four bedroom home in Oxford which was supported by the planning department and is an efficient re-use of this previously neglected site. We undertook scheme and detailed design through planning and building regulations (up to and including Work Stage 4) with the client taking the project forward to tender and construction.
