Despite its listed status this property was extremely dilapidated and uninhabitable when our clients acquired it. In extensive consultation with the conservation team at the early stages our design brought the building back to life as well as creating a generous layout to accommodate modern family life. We undertook scheme and detailed design through planning & conservation approvals and building regulations (up to and including Work Stage 4) with the client taking the project forward to tender and construction.
