This is a complete refurbishment and extension to this Victorian terrace house in Oxford. The alterations included creating a self-contained basement flat and playful rear extension which was supported by the planning department and now enjoyed by the family. A full architectural service was provided including contract administration and party wall negotiation, working closely and amiably with the contractor and client throughout.
