Our clients wanted a clean and contemporary addition to this 1930s semi-detached property. The scheme won approval and support from the planners and local community and has transformed the internal spaces and enhanced the streetscape. Sustainability was a priority and the property now exceeds building regulations and has excellent energy efficiency. Meticulous attention was given to the detailing both in design and on site and the new addition slots neatly into the fabric of the neighbourhood. We provided a full architectural service and worked closely and successfully with the contractor, Kingerlee Ltd. and suppliers, I.Q. Glass and Millboard.
