Alteration and extension to a bungalow in Bude. The project involved an early feasibility study into suitable designs for the property, including a complete demolition and replacement. The final decision was to alter and extend the bungalow to provide the clients with a new home for their retirement. Pentargon was engaged throughout the design process, including planning and Building Regulations approval and contract administration.
