Homewell House is a Grade 2 Listed Georgian style grand house in the centre of Havant which in recent years had been used as offices before becoming neglected. This scheme brings the old house back to life by respectfully converting the house into 14 units for Havant Housing Association for young people with learning difficulties. The proposals include extensions to the original house to the side and rear, complimenting the original house and historic conservation area the house is sited in.
