The concept of the development was to provide 8 new-build self-contained flats for Raven Housing Trust in partnership with Crawley Borough Council to form temporary accommodation for single people, couples and small families. The building was designed to the latest internal space standards providing spacious 1-bed (2 person) and 2-bed (4 person) flats in a clean modern residential building which externally is finished in a contemporary style, adding to the varied mix of styles in the location whilst respecting the existing building line of both Springfield Road and Denne Road. The scheme has amenity space to the rear, set within landscaped grounds, to a high quality cohesive design, to meet the requirements of the end user.
