A 40-unit (mix of 1 and 2-bed apartments) sheltered housing scheme for elderly residents for Fareham Borough Council. The scheme is set within spacious landscaped grounds and affords the residents communal facilities such as a double height communal lounge, craft room and laundry facilities all under the supervision of on-site care staff. Currently on site and due for completion at the end of 2014.
