SW1 – principal architects, interior design, and builders The mandate was to turn a near derelict townhouse within the Belgravia/Pimlico area, into a family home for our client. The property was a total renovation for top to bottom. The property itself was listed and in a conservation area. Main works was created a new top floor, with Nanny annex, 5 bedrooms, with three en-suites. We installed herringbone hard wood, carpet, screed flooring in the property.
