Creativity, good understanding of space and exceptional craftsmanship of our team enabled to unveil the full potential of the property and meticulous project management helped to complete the project on time and budget. The result is a unique and luxurious apartment offering all the comforts of modern life. Like our Gloucester Gardens development, we had to work hard to keep the 2nd fix item costs down, but also to achieve a Superior finish throughout. Tiles were from Topps and kitchen from Howdens and bathroom from C.P. Hart. However, we spent money for fittings where a potential buyer would touch, like Grohe taps and Quartz kitchen worktops. This was carried out as a joint venture with a professional financial investor. This was a basement apartment, of circa 1,000 Sq, two bedroom, two bathroom London property. The state of the property when brought was of serious disrepair.
