Kensington and Chelsea

£0.5m to £0.99M
Listed Building - Grade II
Historically the home and studio of the painter G.H. Boughton, the house was designed by Norman Shaw, a prominent architect of late 19th Century London. The house was converted into flats in the mid 20th century and Paul Cahillane Studio Ltd have been appointed by the current owner of the First Floor Flat to undertake a full RIBA service for sensitively upgrading the flat to suit the owners requirements. The proposals include the careful integration of an air conditioning system and the rearrangement of the internal layout.
