A remodeling and extension to a General Practitioner Surgery and Pharmacy to improve access, services, patient and staff confidentiality and external appearance of an existing building. Beginning with patient and staff consultation, the brief was enabled to clearly define and meet the requirements for both patients and staff. Moving forward through the planning process, a public meeting was held to present the proposals to the parish, Councillors and inhabitants, so as to ensure that the community was involved and informed. Full detailed design, building regulations approvals and tender services leading to letting of contract documentation, site attendance and contract administration to successful completion and hand-over to client.
