Palladian was appointed to reconfigure and refurbish a family home in the heart of Wimbledon. This three-storey arts and crafts property has been in the family for many years and in need of remodelling to accommodate modern living. This includes the addition of a rear single storey extension containing a new kitchen and family room, opening out on to the garden. Planning was obtained to achieve the remodelling of the roof line, front and rear elevations. The design team have incorporated new services throughout the house to the redesigned internal layouts.
