This practice was employed as lead consultant on the development of a new Volvo car dealership on a business park in York. We managed the entire design and construction process from feasibility stage through planning, building control, tender process and contract administration. In addition to the architectural service we also performed the role of Quantity Surveyor. This scheme involved significant negotiations and liaison with Client, Volvo, Volvo's Brand Guardian, Contractor, Mechanical and Electrical Design Consultant, Structural and Civil Engineers and BREEAM Assessor.
