The practice was employed to design the alteration and fit out of an existing industrial unit to develop a new brewery, tap room, retail outlet and associated office space. We provided design advice, administered the planning application, prepared construction working drawings and administered the building regulation application and acted as Principal Designer throughout the pre-construction phase.
