The practice was employed by a long standing repeat client to design a new multi franchise dealership including showroom, workshop, office, parts storage space and external vehicle displays on a corner roundabout site adjacent to the A66 in Middlesbrough. The site was a brownfield site with significant levels of contamination remaining from previous uses.
