The practice was employed by a long standing repeat client to design a development of six luxury tree houses within the grounds of Ramside Hall Hotel. This involved research into other developments nationally, feasibility design, detailed design, preparation and administration of a planning application within land which is designated Green Belt. Culminating the in detailed construction design; including full liaison with Client, structural engineer, arborist, ecologist and contractor.
