This practice was originally employed by the developer to produce a master plan for the development of a commercial / industrial park. The first phase of which was the detailed design for the re-development of 10 commercial office units. The developer intended to run the project on a design and build basis; however they also wanted to have a high degree of control over the appearance of the completed development. Therefore they employed this practice to complete a set of construction working drawings and specification for the development, this information was then utilised as the basis for a Design and Build Tender. Ultimately we were novated to the selected contractor; to complete the full design and assist them during construction.
