The proposed bedroom extension includes an addition 47 bedrooms comprised of 40 standard (36.5sqm), 4 duplex rooms, 2 premier rooms and 1 premier suite (94sqm). The proposed Leisure development includes a 25m swimming pool, indoor bubble pool, large hydrotherapy pool, outdoor spa pool, gymnasium, aerobics suite, 5 thermal experience cabins, oriental fusion restaurant / kitchen and changing rooms; along with a destination spa including 10 treatment rooms, rasul, nail bar, relaxation rooms and roof top spa pool. The above developments are accompanied by an extension of the existing car parking facility; to provide an additional 200 parking spaces Our involvement has been from initial design feasibility through detailed design, preparation of a two stage planning application, preparation of construction working drawings and specifications and building regulation application. During 2013 we will also be employed as contract administrator and lead consultant in throughout the construction phase.
