DPA acted as architects for the refurbishment and extension of the existing 2300 square metre office building at 36 Leadenhall Street in the centre of the City of London. This involved the demolition and rebuilding of the upper floors to provide high-quality office space, the extension at 5th floor level across an existing roof terrace, the introduction of a roof-top plant enclosure in order to release plant space within the building, and the remodeling of the main entrance area to provide a greater presence on Leadenhall Street.
