Emmaus are a Christian ethos private school covering Key stages 1 to 4 and need a extension and refurbishment so that they can meet the requirements of Ofsted and also enhance the education of the children. Thus the scheme is for a two story extension on a very tight site with restrictions of a neighbouring rail way line.
