The decline of Pubs in several parts of London have led to many Pubs to be demolished. This Pub in a totally residential area has failed to survive the location and economy. A new residential building comprising 9 flatsover 3 floors with parking and amenity space at the rear has been designed. The design takes its inspiration from the 2 storey pitched roof houses prevalent in the street. The proportions,volume and height relate to these houses. The Project is at Planning Stage and construction is expected to start in 2015.
