OHA were appointed to develop a speculative residential scheme on a steeply sloping edge of village site, to the rear of a terrace of C18 cottages. The concept was developed to reflect three ranges of ancillary agricultural buildings taking inspiration from the proportions and materiality of local barn buildings. We were awarded planning consent in 2019. Stage 4 onwards was undertaken by DJD Architects appointed to the site developer.
