The former St. Philip Howard Primary School Site, situated within Herne Bay, can be found to the North-West of Herne Bay Memorial Park . The local vernacular is mainly characterised by residential dwellings with a wide range of house sizes and heights. The site is bordered by residential dwellings to its North, East and South and a School to its West. Our design approach refers to the proportions of the Georgian town house and uses details from the facade to create a modern interpretation used on the proposed town houses.
