The development at Military Rd, has not only Provided much needed affordable housing to the area, but has significantly revitalised a disused site in a commercial area creating a high quality, well designed development of homes. The land was originally purchased by Leath Park Developments, with Jenner (Contractors) Ltd appointed to undertake the design and construction of the scheme. The scheme comprises of 41 new 2 & 3 bedroom homes, 18 apartments and 23 houses. There was an onward sale agreement with Folkestone & Hythe District Council on completion with six of the homes being retained by Leath Park for private sale.
