Design build project, undertaken with Carillion Building, for the extension and refurbishment of an existing derelict tea warehouse within the Butlers Wharf conservation area fronting the River Thames, to provide 76 luxury apartments around an internal atrium and above a two storey restaurant shell. The extension involved an additional brick built floor, a two storey glazed steel framed roof extension, substantial alterations to the existing structure whilst sympathetically restoring and extending the external elevations.
