Design build project, undertaken with Carillion Building, for a new development within a Conservation Area, partially utilising retained brick warehouse facades and providing 172 apartments over ground floor offices & gymnasium and a basement car park. A seperate interior design and contract administration service was later provided direct to Galliard Homes for the fitting out of the 4 no ground floor office shells and the provision of a resident's gymnasium and swimming pool.
