The redevelopment of a corner site at the junction of George Street/Hanover Square. Our work has involved the re-design and new Planning Consent for an eight storey steel framed building, clad in Portland stone and full height glazing at the upper two floors, providing 17,500 sq ft offices at upper floors with 5,900 sq ft class A3 retail at ground and basement floors. Construction works were completed in early 2006
