Osbornes were appointed to provide Full architectural services in connection with the design and construction of a domestic swimming pool extension. The house is located in Henley in Arden and is sited within the Greenbelt. Osbornes provided planning advice to meet the percentage volume increase permitted from an extension to allow for the new pool and enclosure to be created. Full RIBA architectural services and Principal Designer services were provided. Osbornes also worked closely with the pool specialist to coordinate plant and ventilation systems required for operation.
