The redevelopment of a former paper bag factory and printing works to provide 100 apartments. A late Victorian building was converted to 100 apartments The original iron structure was retained, with the existing brick walls exposed internally. A new two storey roof addition provides duplex apartments with views across Bristol. Our innovative design punched a hole through the centre of the building bringing natural light into a dramatic glazed atrium.
