The project is a ground floor garden extension, loft conversion and complete internal refurbishment of a semi-detached house. Office Ten Architecture was approached by a young family that wanted to transform the house they had just bought, an aged semidetached in North London, into a low energy house with a contemporary layout. The new house sees a cork clad rear extension added to the rear garden, and a zinc dormer added to the roof. The new house provides ample space for both family time and working from home.
