We obtained planning consent under delegated powers for 8 new build apartments, located on an infill site. The case officer commented that “The design is not the status quo however the site location would allow for a design which is different from the traditional styling which exists.” We are retained as architects for the delivery of the scheme and we look forward to construction starting later this year.
