The Oban Maritime Visitor Facility is sited on Oban’s North Pier, the new build Community Building provides office accommodation for the local Harbour Master, as well as commercial and community spaces, and changing / sanitary facilities for visitors entering Oban by boat. The project was completed in May 2018. Whilst in a remote location from our office, Oberlanders worked closely with the Contractor to ensure all construction queries and challenges were addressed in an efficient and effective manner. The result is a new gateway building for Oban, a focal point on the approach to the town centre and from the harbour side.
