Extension and major refurbishment of Grade 2 Listed former house of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and conversion for use as a School for Special Needs pupils. Nye Saunders had acted for Waverley Borough Council before the current owner purchased the site in carrying out emergency roofing works. A planning application was submitted and approved, with works on site started in Jan 2014, successfully opening in Sept 2016.
