Vineyard Hill Road is located in an affluent part of Wimbledon, South London. The project involved extensive refurbishment of an existing lodge house located at the top of Vineyard Hill. The proposal involves the creation of two new floors of accommodate in the basement and loft spaces. The existing basement is to be lowered and extended to provide space for a combined kitchen / living / dining space; a media room; a wine store; and ancillary accommodation. The loft space is to be utilized to create two bedrooms, complete with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms are in addition to the existing four bedrooms at first floor level.
