Development of thirty intermediate rent housing units including 23 two and three bedroom houses, 6 one-bedroom flats and one fully wheelchair accessible bungalow, each with private space to the front and rear and on-plot car parking. The development was located on the site of a former Elderly Persons' Home in an established residential suburb on the southern edge of Bristol The homes were all constructed to Secure by Design, Code for Sustainable Homes level 3, Lifetime Hoes and Design for Life standards.
