The project was originally designed as a remodeling of a bungalow in a small village just south west of Amersham in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. ?During the tender process, the project evolved into a full new build and Planning Permission was duly obtained for this change. The whole building is clad in a combination of timber, render and knapped flint.. The new accommodation is arranged around a central double height hall with a new feature stair. The project is now complete.
