This two bedroom maisonette within a Grade II listed building in Bow, East London was extended over two floors. The small kitchen was extended and re-modelled to create an open kitchen dining space , flooded with natural light from the new large sash window and rooflight above the dining table. ? The existing family bathroom was converted to an additional children's bedroom, and a new family bathroom and new master bedroom en-suite were added on the lower ground floor. The existing rear bedroom was extended and a new paved sunken garden area was built to form a connection to the rear garden. ? We assisted the client with freeholder negotiations, gained Planning and Listed Building Consents and managed the construction contract during our involvement in the project.
