The project involves an adaptive reuse of the existing football club house. The existing build has fallen into disrepair and the new proposal extends, and refurbishes the building to provide improved changing spaces, café, community room and storage. The proposal also involves new cladding, external envelope and low energy designs. The project is in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire within an AONB, SSSI site.
