We have assisted Monkton School with it’s development Masterplan since 2006. We worked closely with BANES Major Projects Group and Senior Planners, who informed the process that has resulted in a framework document that analysed the problems and issues related to property and land-use, to identify possible solutions. The Masterplan is a document that is capable of being up-dated and rationalised, with additional information and detail as required. The success of the Masterplan was recognised when it sat behind planning consents for the new all-weather pitch, astro at the prep-school and the new music department at the senior school.
