NHA's adopted masterplan for the redevelopment of the central area of MEPC's Milton Park, was followed by two turn-key projects, a purpose-built laboratory and office headquarters providing outstanding research facilities for Adaptimmune Therapeutics, and a reseach and development building for tenant Schlumberger, the multi-national oilfield services corporation. Adaptimmune, a Life Science company at the forefront of global interest in T-cell therapy, started up at Milton Park in 2008, and has now expanded into a globally recognised business.
