Niche Design Architects are currently working on the restoration and extension of a Grade II listed house and barn in the Yorkshire Dales. The buildings are on English Heritage’s Buildings at Risk register having not been occupied for over 100 years and being in a very poor condition. A planning application/application for listed building consent has been approved by Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority further to extensive pre-application consultation with the Listed Buildings Officer. The project will be phased over a number of years with work commencing in Spring 2013.
