Sited on a reclaimed colliery, Phase One of this £50 million designer factory outlet includes over 15,000 m2 of retail and catering accommodation, 1200 car park spaces and a "bespoke" drive through fast food outlet. The entire scheme (including Phase Two) is part of a 34 hectare land reclamation project which will also provide a public parkland setting to enhance the two phases. The Phase Two feasibility study is now underway and being market tested.
