In collaboration with Countylife Homes, MWE Architects provided design services for a development of five luxury apartments set within landscaped grounds at Greystoke, Morpeth. The scheme arranges the homes above a basement car park to create a discreet arrival sequence while retaining mature lime and beech trees that enhance privacy. The design draws from neighbouring Arts and Crafts influences through its chimneys, balconies and considered fenestration, with cut stone, render and natural slate grounding the building in its local context. Internally, each apartment is planned to maximise space, daylight and views, combining high-quality finishes with contemporary, practical living.
