A 90sq m ground floor extension to an existing family bungalow. Our Client is carrying the construction out as a self-build project and had a strong desire to incorporate ICF (Insulated Concrete Frame) construction. External finishes include slatted timber facades, and mono-pitch zinc roofs. Internally we are providing an open plan family kitchen and living space, along with a home cinema room with a specialist audio visual installation.
