An extensive renovation of the property, including rationalisation/reconfiguration of the entire ground floor to create an open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen, Utility and separate Snug area. The project included the renovation/conversion of the existing underused utility and garage space, upgrading the external fabric to current Building Control levels, and adding new sliding and French doors in place of the existing, dated glazing. Underfloor heating was installed throughout the entire space, underneath the new large format porcelain tiles.
