This approach is reflected in the clear architectural language of the main dwelling, which is complemented by a contemporary rear extension. The extension opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden, providing a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces while allowing the home to respond to modern lifestyle requirements. Set within a sizable south to south-west facing lawned garden, the property benefits from carefully considered and intricate landscaping, further enhancing its setting and reinforcing its visual presence within the street scene. A double garage is integrated into the design, ensuring practicality without detracting from the overall architectural character.
